Growing
Coffee plants grow slowly at high altitude, nourished by Ethiopia’s soil, climate and time before producing the finest cherries. It takes years for a plant to mature before producing its first cherries.

Cherries are hand-picked only when ripe, a careful human process that preserves quality, respects tradition, and ensures distinctive flavour expression at harvest time every season.

After harvest, cherries are transformed through washed, honey, or anaerobic methods, shaping aroma, body, and complexity while revealing each lot’s unique character with precision carefully.

Drying & Resting
Beans are slowly dried and rested under controlled conditions, allowing moisture to stabilise, flavours to settle, and green coffee to prepare for exporting properly across the globe.
